RETURN POLICY
Rug returns will be accepted with no hassle, as long as the following stipulations are met:
"Wall to wall" carpet orders are cut off the roll specifically for your order. Therefore, "wall to wall" carpet orders can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Rugs must be unused, uncut, uninstalled and unaltered in any way. Rugs must be returned in new condition.
Installation or use of any rug will constitute your acceptance "as is".
You must inspect your order upon arrival and let us know about any problems within one week.
The carpet/rug will be inspected for signs of use before a refund is granted.
The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
The customer will be responsible for paying a 15% restocking fee.
The rug must be returned within two weeks of delivery.
Important Note: We can not take returns on the Black Light Collection or on "Seconds". Also, we can not take returns on rugs that were custom made for you.
